Internal security is also important; data should be protected by login access and password that have two identification levels of access in relation to what is needed for the job position. staff must know the importance of maintaining the integrity of the system and protecting the data it contains (i.e. no password sharing). Safeguards should also be able to quickly bar terminated staff from accessing the system.
